My Freezer decided to give out at the beginning of December so I went on-line & found this company. I ordered (and paid for) the Freezer on 5th December and recieved the standard email:

What happens next?
Once the item you have purchased is in stock, a member of logistics will contact you to arrange delivery. Wherever possible, we will contact you approx 48 hours before we can deliver to give you sufficient time to arrange to be able to receive the item.

I left it a few days then phoned their office to get a delivery date - I was shocked to be told 10-14 working days. I said I was not happy with the delay & they basically said that is how it is.

I phoned again on the 16th December and was told it was not in stock but I should have it before Xmas. I phoned again on 22nd December and was told it had arrived but they could not deliver before the New Year. It arrived on 4th January nearly a month (20 working days) after I paid fro it.

Do not use this company unless you are able to wait for a month for the goods which you have paid for in advance.
