“Appliance Hell...Stay Away”

Bought washing machine on 26.5.12, took day off work to wait for the engineer who came 2 hours late, connected machine to wrong tap, then had to take another day off for the engineer to return to reconnect who told me my water pressure was low only to then call out a plumber who saw that the hose on the machine was faulty, called and was told that appliance hell would send me a new hose and I should "remove the hose and reconnect the new one myself", 2 weeks went by and no hose so called them again and was told that they would come and give me a new machine, so again took another day off and yep you guessed it no show...so a month on I still have no machine and a huge phone bill not to mention the 3 days of pay I missed for the no shows...stay away, they are incompetent and useless....
