After shopping around for the cheapest I was a little cautious as I had not used this company before. The lady who took my call was very polite and helpful. I asked about delivery times and she said she would mark it urgent and I would receive a call within 48 hours from someone to schedule a delivery. I was called the very next day and 24 hours after that the machine arrived in the exact time slot given.

from start to finish this has been a perfect online shopping experience, I did not have to haggle or ask for a price match they were already the cheapest for this product and I would certainly use them again in the future.
