I would not recommend dealing with this company, after reading several poor reviews I decided to phone the company to make sure that there would not be any problems with the item being out of stock or delivery issues etc! After 2 phone calls I was reassured, what a mistake. I ordered a freezer advertised as being reduced from £360 to £240, then after paying for it i got an email stating that I had not paid the correct amount and it should have been £420 but as a good will gesture I could... “Complete waste of time”

I ordered some simple bar accessories which were showing in stock and the order had a 2 day delivery. As you will see here the order was placed on the 9th of May: Order Number: 1401 Date: 09 May 2012 Items: 2 Status: Picking Packages: 1 This is the advice you get: "NB. I ordered a combination oven on the 8th May which was listed as in stock and delivery within 2 - 5 days. On day 4 I telephoned to ask how much longer I woulkd have to wait and was told that this item had been dis-continued and they never had it in stock. I wonder how long I would have waited to be informed of this, it would appear that they had my money and there was no need to notify me that I would never receive this oven.
