“Excellent Customer Support”

I purchased a wine chiller and unfortunately it arrived with the glass door badly cracked. To cut a long story short, the manager Scott immediately responded by ordering a replacement from Baumatic. Sadly, the service from the Baumatic spare parts division was very poor, but this did not deter Scott from sending them continous and strong follow up messages until they eventually delivered the replacement door. “Customer Service lacking”

Whilst items they send out tend to be as described, their customer services need to be greatly improved. You can only raise an issue using a "ticket" system, which replies are then posted using this "ticket". Customer Services are quite rude and lack some professionalism. No problems with the web site or details contained in it. Ordered one day - delivered the next. I chose to buy a graded item (they explained the packaging was damaged but the product was perfect) This was exactly the case - and to be honest If I hadn't been told I wouldn't even have noticed the packaging!! Great Customer service - keep you well informed on progress and tracking and respond promptly to questions. Seem like a really good value - solid, honest company. “Appalling service , appalling product AVOiD this company”

I purchased a refrigerator from this company two weeks ago. When I received this product it was unusable and had either left their warehouse damaged or had been damaged in transit. I then had to wait in for a third day for UPS to collect the product and they refused to collect the product as the packaging was ripped and damaged. We needed a new washing machine so popped into All your Appliances at Winsford where the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the differences in the huge variety of available appliances that they held in stock. The prices were significantly lower than anywhere else we had seen and equally as impressive was that delivery took place within three hours of us purchasing our new washing machine. Won a auction for a microwave and found additional damage than what was described. Other than that the item worked well. I mentioned this to secondtek. They sourced a new part and shipped within a few days. The tek support system is ok but it would have been quicker just to speak with someone on the phone.
