I got my cooker on the agreed date, the driver arrived before he was due. He was polite and friendly and delivered my cooker without any issues.

Our trusted fridge finally failed after 17 years. Got on line to 365 Electrical at 3.30pm Friday afternoon and placed an order for a replacement. Took delivery at 1.30 pm the following day, installed and working satisfactory by 5.0pm the same day Also many thanks to the delivery driver, he could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I went to Currys to order a oven and hob, after a week and lots of hassle,I turned to the Internet ,found your web page, ordered the oven and hob on Sunday,it was delivered as promised next day, and fitted before my missus arrived home from work. Wow thats what I call great service 10/10 thanks 365.

I ordered a new washing machine on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Sunday morning! The prices on the site were really good. The best bit was the service - the delivery men sweated and worked really hard to lug the old machine down the stairs and to bring the new one up, but they were both endlessly cheerful and patient. I gave them a well-deserved tip, to which they said " are you sure, this is our job!" I would thoroughly recommend this company and the service they provide.

Excellent purchase & delivery experience. Ordered on Friday pm, goods received Sunday am. We were well informed about the delivery scheduled throughout. Will definitely return should we need another appliance and would recommend to anyone.

Our fridge went wrong on 20 December..........that's a crisis. A quick internet search found 365 were the only ones able to guarantee delivery before Christmas and gave us the option of 23 December. We took that option. Throughout we knew how the process would work - we were promised to receive our delivery time the evening before and that we would be called 30 minutes before delivery - all this happened. In fact our driver phoned us 90 minutes before delivery because he knew he was running late - to know the fridge was arriving was all we needed to know. The driver  was a lovely chap - he'd had a long day and worked really hard to make sure the customers were satisfied. We hope he had a good Christmas - he deserved it.
