“Not with a barge pole!”

Having arranged the purchase of a washer/dryer with 365 Electrical, not because it was the cheapest, but because they could supposedly deliver within a couple of days, we were given a delivery slot of 4 - 6pm on 7th February. We complied with all there requirements about keeping the day free and disconnecting the old machine and removing it from the property (under threat of various financial penalties!). At 4.30pm, I got a call from the company saying that they had just been told the truck... (read more)

Bit of an over reaction saying "Not with a barge pole" just because your delivery could not be with you on time which is just an inconvenience. You should only use a title like that when something has really gone wrong. Such as it never turned up, or it arrived broken and they refused to exchange etc

After taking my time to research and read reviews and comparing prices for a washing machine all over the net, I decided to place my order through 365 Electrical - best decision I made. Delivery was done under 24hrs . Product was fantastic and no issues at all. Such a pleasant transaction. My next appliances will again be through 365 Electrical without hesitation.
