Our fridge went wrong on 20 December..........that's a crisis. A quick internet search found 365 were the only ones able to guarantee delivery before Christmas and gave us the option of 23 December. We took that option.
Throughout we knew how the process would work - we were promised to receive our delivery time the evening before and that we would be called 30 minutes before delivery - all this happened. In fact our driver phoned us 90 minutes before delivery because he knew he was running late - to know the fridge was arriving was all we needed to know.
The driver was a lovely chap - he'd had a long day and worked really hard to make sure the customers were satisfied. We hope he had a good Christmas - he deserved it.
