Over the period of 9 months or so I had purchased 3 spa breaks, ALL of which could not accommodate me on my chosen dates. Neither of them were redeemed, all were credited back to my wowcher wallet - I had totalled up £149
To much dissapointment yesterday, MY £149 in my wowcher wallet had been taken by wowcher because it was not spent in 3 months.
As a consumer, I feel this is absolutely disgraceful and terms and conditions need to be amended. It was my £149 to spend as and when, I don't want a time frame on it whatsoever.
I will be taking this matter further. I'm still in shock.
