I ordered a jumper from wowcher when it arrived I couldn't believe the poor quality of the garment so requested a refund. 5 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. I have two emails apologising and promising a refund in 3-5 working days but still waiting ! Will not be ordering from Wowcher again !!
