We bought a voucher deal from them for a bootcamp. The bootcamp operator cancelled the event and we have been asking wowcher for a refund for weeks. They are now saying that we can only have credit against another wowcher deal and saying that it's all they can do as it's now more than 30 days since the voucher was purchased. It's only more than 30 days because they keep evading the issue and spanning it out. They have 2 more days to refund or I'm taking legal action. I'll send in bailiffs if I have to. Do not have anything to do with these rogues, at least D. Turpin wore a mask.We have never had a problem with other voucher firms like Groupon but this is the first time we bought anything from Wowcher, it'll certainly be the last. Only ticked 1 star because there isn't a lesser option.

I am in a very similar position ordered a mattress on the 11th of March 6 weeks later still nothing after being given several delivery dates , told it was damaged in transit etc . Eventually got a refund. Its was £418.00 which I would struggle to re spend and to be honest don't really want to deal with them again. I have e.mailed them twice asking for my money to be put back on my card and have been told not possible . This must be illegal . I am going to the ombudsman.
Bought several smaller items and to be honest pretty shabby get better quality out of poundland .

After telling Wowcher that I was obtaining court papers, we received a cheque from the merchant for a full refund. Wowcher still believe that they are not responsible for anything. We'll not be dealing with them again.
