poor Customer Services

Once you order you have to redeem your voucher.

If this seller has sold out or the item is broken, faulty or not up to your standards, you have to sort it out yourself, Wowcher customer services is non existant..

When YOU have sorted it out wowcher WILL NOT give a refund, instead they put your money in a wallet, which then expires after a certain date.. This has got to be wrong, If, you cant find anything on the site before the date your wallet refund expires, they will take your money and you end up with nothing..
I also found out from a seller, when trying to chase my refund, that Wowcher ads on a certain percentage, so when you do get a refund, its only what the company sold it for, not the Full price you paid.

Very, very, very, very, very, poor Customer Services, again ( oops they dont have that either).

this has got to be the worst sites i have ever had the miss-fortune to use.. it cost me £160 to find this out.! after several purchases were either sub stabndard, faulty, or not available...

none of the above was my fault, but I was punished and robbed by this site.
please dont use, take my word for it. look around and get your tat elsewhere for cheaper, on the net..
