Have opened a case with trading standards about this company awful service have also contacted watchdog anybody else who wants to be involved in the watchdog case please comment below!

I purchased a WOWCHER for a dive experience with ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE for 2 people as my local pool was listed as one of the 17 sites available. It turns out there are no bookings available at this pool (and it is still being advertised as an available location). Wowcher say ACTIVITY SUPERSTORES need to refund, ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE say I have been put on a list until enough interest is shown in my chosen pool to make a booking viable and I am not entitled to a refund - despite their website saying different. Wowcher won't get involved in the dispute and ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE are being most unhelpful. I have wasted money between these 2 companies and will NEVER buy anything from WOWCHER again due to their lack of customer service. I have reported both companies to Trading Standards through the Citizens Advice Bureau and will be taking them to court to recoup my out of pocket expenses if they don't refund within 7 days. I am going to pass on the word about both companies and they will lose a lot of future business. I suggest everyone warns everyone about 'when things go wrong'.

I am requesting a refund but they are saying the merchant needs to be in touch (and the merchant is refusing to respond) & if it is not sorted out in the next week I would like to join your case. Wowcher seems to take no responsibility for selling experiences through dodgy merchants & they offer no money back. I've never come across a more dodgy company.
