Don't think actual people work for Wowcher!

I placed a order for some bedding in August and was given a 14 working day delivery but the end of September I still hadn't received my delivery, bearing in mind this was already paid for. Trying to get hold of customer service proved difficult. Eventually I managed to find a email address after reading through the Q & A that automatically pops up when you want to contact them. I wrote a detailed email explaining my issue giving everything they asked for i.e full name, wowcher number and delivery information only to receive a automated email with the following:

"So that we can direct your query accordingly we ask that you make sure you have redeemed your Wowcher and allowed the advertised delivery period to pass, this can be found on the wowcher and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Please make sure to include your full name, email address, wowcher code and any merchant order information provided to you when you redeemed your wowcher code."

If they would have actually read my email they would have seen I waited a week passed the delivery date and gave all the correct information they asked for above but instead they choose laziness of a automated system which gives the same information as the Q & A which I wanted to avoid, i emailed to get help from someone who could resolve my issue clearly wowcher doesn't do this.

I would not recommend to use this as it isn't the first time I have had an issue and not been able to resolve easily as there is not enough effort made between them and the customer.
