I have bought twice from them and twice I couldn't get hold of the merchant, to redeem my voucher. On the first occasion I bought a massage and it took me ages the book an appointment, that would get cancelled every time after 10 minutes. It went on for two weeks, until I decided to ask for a refund. Wowcher.co.uk gave me a credit and I used it to buy a new massage, from a different merchant. Guess what? Same again is happening. Since June I haven't been able to speak to the merchant yet. I have the suspicion all these merchants do not exist at all!
