I ordered for the first time ( and the last) after seeing t.v advert.

I ordered a 12 piece clip lock storage box set, costing 5.99 with 3.99 p and p, it would take 10 working days to deliver from e global shoppers.

15 working day later i was stil waiting, i made calls to wowcher who said it was nothing to do with them and i would have to contact eglobal shoppers, i emailed both companies putting in writing my disgust at having to wait so long for some sandwich boxes!

I heard nothing from either company, so i rang wowcher again, they emailed eglobal for me saying i would have to wait 3 more days for response ( why might i ask) but still no response, but then out of the blue i had a delivery, 17 working days later,23 days in total i received a delivery wrapped in a small black plastic bag was crammed these 12 piece boxes that were tiny, although there was no description of size the photograph showed at least good size sandwich boxes, you could only fit nuts into these boxes, no delivery note with return address, so i rang wowcher to complain and say i wanted to return products and get my money back, this was not possible the rude lady said on the phone you will have to contact eglobal by email , again.... and as the size wasent stipulated the photograph is your interpretation....customers beware, they also said they never claim to be the cheapest and its up to you as the customer to ensure you are getting a deal, this company is appalling, selling appalling cheap tack products with poor customer care or satisfaction.

Dont give them your money.
