I bought a voucher for a watch from magic diamonds. They never sent the watch and have ignored any emails I have sent. No refund for postage and wowcher have been less than helpful. They emailed the company twice knowing they have ignored previous emails as they don't even have a contact number for magic diamonds. If I accept a refund from wowcher for the voucher amount, they will not investigate what happened as quoted by the agent 'they will say customer has got her money back so what's her problem'. Disgusting service from both. I want an explanation as to what happened but to get that, I have to delay my refund. I should get a full refund and an explanation as to what happened as without that, I will never buy a voucher from them again.

i am in the same situation as you, I think we have been tricked. I did a google search for Magic Diamonds 124 Baker Street London and there is no building that shows the company as well as this there are reviews on the address about how it is not a real address.

Wowcher is STUPID and their inability to communicate and tell us what is going on is really bad.This is the 2nd time i have not had my order deliver and because of this I am stuck with vouchers I don't need as I never want to order from them. Well guess what they have messed with the wrong person. I am going to take them to Trading Standards as they do not make sure that the companies they deal with are genuine.

I agree. I also told them about the info from Google and that there isn't even a contact number for the company so it all looks dodgy. Apparently they have had 'no other issues with magic diamonds'. The thing is, they have extended the offer and are still selling them even though they know people are having issues. I am waiting for my refund off wowcher but I'll probably not get my postage back so like you, I am going to report them to trading standards. Good luck :-)

I have also had this problem. I too searched the company which basically showed as being non existant. I bought the watch £12 + £3.99 delivery on 12th July my account was always pending and ive just gone on now and it says complete and order shipped which i very much doubt. Ive emailed the company twice and emailed wowcher twice said i want a refund as now some bogus company has my bank details and home details which im not happy with. By the sounds of it wowcher arent prepared to do anything and i dont want a credit from them as will never use them again. I have never had a problem with groupon and bought from them many times.

Hiya, I chased wowcher again today and spoke to a manager called umar. He said that the reason the watches haven't been delivered is because magic diamonds had a delay from their own suppliers and didn't receive the stock in time so lots of orders are late. He couldn't give me a reason as to why, if the orders that had already been accepted couldn't be fulfilled, why on earth are they allowing more people to buy the vouchers for this offer??? It took me about 6 phone calls to even get that explanation but I don't want my order now anyway and have accepted a refund. Doubt I'll see my postage fee any time soon but he did give me a credit to my account for the 'inconvenience' although I very much doubt I'll touch another wowcher deal with a barge poll.

Hi - same situation for me, I have told Wowcher on several occasions that the company does not exist as I also found out through google streetmap search. Wowcher assured me that it does exist as they do a thorough vetting of all companies they deal with. They said they would follow this up but all they did was email them which I had done myself. They said they could credit my wowcher account with the 12.00 but I have told them I won't accept that, they have advertised a product with a company that does not exist and therefore I want the money paid back into the account it was paid from (in good faith) and that they can also refund the postage fee paid to the non existent company Magic diamonds as I will be closing my subscription with Wowcher and will never ever use them again. I am going to follow suit and report Wowcher to Trading Standards. We need to post this everywhere.
