I purchased a helicopter flight for my daughters 30th birthday, i chose wowcher because they were offering a flight from wolverhampton airport which is close to where we live.
I was told to email the helicopter company to arrange the date (i wanted it for as near her birthday in july as possible) the company didnt reply to my email so 3weeks later after sending 2 more emails & still no reply i contacted wowcher they said they had spoke to the helicopter company & they said they had replied to my emails (not true).
When i finally got to see the available dates it turned out there was only ONE flight in the whole year going from wolverhampton & that date was in May which was not suitable.
I told wowcher their advert was misleading as it said FLIGHTS from wolverhampton when it should have said FLIGHT. After a few emails from me asking for my £105 back they eventually offered me a credit note which i refused & only after me threatning to report them to trade descriptions did they refund my money.
