“Terrible - 1 star because there's NO ZERO”

I purchased a voucher from Wowcher 6 weeks ago and redeemed it via the appropiate website the next day, which says delivery should be within 5- 10 days. I am still waiting for the goods and have contacted Wowcher only to be told 'there is a backlog' and my goods will be sent out within a week. I have sent emails and left voice messages and nobody get back to me. Wowcher have my money and I have no goods, which seems to be the case with alot of Wowcher customers from what I have seen online. Wish I'd stayed well away!
