I had ordered two gift cards and needed them both for the birthday dinner on Saturday night. Unfortunately they got delayed at the Post Office distribution centre. I called Customer Services and the lady was so helpful, she contacted the Royal Mail and confirmed they would be delivered on the Saturday before 1pm. However, I also got sent two emails detailing the gift cards, amounts and message that I could print out at home just in case!
