Had an initial problem with an order not going through so I contacted the customer service line and was assisted by the person I dealt with. She was fantastic and walked me through the steps needed to fix the problem. I placed my order from Australia to gift to a friend in the UK and thought any problems would be hard to fix given that I am a few continents away...but it was resolved in a timely manner and she kept me updated about the progress. My friend received the gift card the other day and she couldn't be happier. Thank you to the person I dealt with and the Voucher Express Team
