Wanted to go on the record to say - thanks Voucher Express.
My friend's birthday gift of a Selfridges voucher was frustratingly lost in the postal system at their work.
Wasn't sure what we could do but as soon as I emailed the person I dealt with at Voucher Express she got back to me suggesting cancelling the old voucher and sending a brand new one, registered mail, to their home at no extra charge
So we've done that and the problem is solved and my friend is delighted. I'm impressed I must say.
