I joined Top Cashback a couple of months ago because I spend mainly on line
and like to get money back. I recently took out an insurance policy which
promised vouchers after six months and when I didn't receive the vouchers
contacted the insurance company who lay the responsibility with Top Cashback.
It turns out it wasn't TopCashback's responsibility, it was the insurance
company who didn't initially honour the deal. Despite this, Clare at
TopCashback spent many weeks trying to find out who was supposed to issue
the vouchers, and after many tireless emails and phone calls I got them.
Clare recognised the true importance of these vouchers. It wasn't so much
the cash value of them ( as handy as they will be) It's the fact that a company can offer you something and then renege on the deal when they've
got the sale.
Clare went to an awful lot of trouble for me even though her company owed me nothing and she helped retain my faith in humanity.
There are too many companies out there with the hard sell and little else.
So in my opinion Clare ought to be CEO of a major company in this country.
and with her dedication the world would be a much better place.
So before Lord Sugar snaps her up, anyone who decides to deal with Top Cashback knows that they will be treated with respect and understanding.
