“CAN'T get cashback”

My cashback is on hold by "Topcashback.com" for more than 2 months, they kick out my earnings every 2 weeks with promises to post to my account shortly. As they explained, the have a problem with their system and they lost my transaction, but it's a bullsh... They don't want to pay. You better use more reputable companies such as Mrrebate or Fatwallet

I am sorry that you have been left with a negative view of our service.

It sounds as though you have experienced a delay with one of your transactions.

It cases like this, it is often difficult because we are reliant on receiving the payment for your transaction before we are able to forward it on to you as cashback.

However, we always chase up delays, and we endeavor to get them resolved as soon as possible.
