on many occassions when a missing claim is submitted it is very unlikely to recieve anything months on end will pass and no response. this problem is getting worse as many transactions don't even appear inspite of going through the correct procedure.

I really am sorry to see that you feel so negatively about our service.

Generally, transactions progress through our system unhindered, however we do come across problems from time to time, and we have systems in place to resolve these issues.

The Missing Cashback Claims system does normally take around 2-4 months to reach a resolution, and we do try to make members aware that this process is not immediate.

However, if you feel as though you have been waiting an excessive amount of time, then I will be able to bring your claim to the attention of a member of our claims team to look into for you.

Please could you get back to us with your Top CashBack username? I'll then be able to locate you claim, and I will be able to see if we can provide you with an update.
