You get cash back for online purchases (that you make anyway..) which is great - but the best part is that they have an excellent customer service! Truly. If there is any problem with the cash back (rarely happens but still) they will always address the problem and resolve it on the better side. I shop online a lot.. and always get my cash back. It's nice to get a check in the mail every couple of months :)

ShopAtHome offers a 110% guarantee if you find a better cash back offer than what they are currently providing. I have never had an issue with this policy until a recent big purchase. I found a better cash back offer from another site and decided to report it. My report was then denied, but I did not understand why. I decided to reply back to the email to explain why my report should have been approved. It was a bit frustrating that I needed to explain myself, but after conversing back and forth via email, and providing proof of purchase, my report was eventually approved. It may not make a big deal if your purchase is small, but with my big purchase, it made a huge difference. I suggest to take advantage of their 110% policy. One last note: although this may have been a rare incident, their customer service was excellent; I was treated politely and felt valued as a customer.

I recently started using Shopathome.com and experienced a minor problem. I emailed customer service and someone answered within a few hours. A person actually listened and apologized for the confusion. We had a pleasant email conversation....rare with most companies today!! It was nice to be treated politely and feel valued as a customer. I used to use Ebates and Mrrebates depending on which ever website had more cash back. Now, I hardly use either because ShopAtHome is the best value. But besides that, I recently had a cash back not show up on my account and that was handled quickly and professionally. I am very pleased to have switched over.

Shop at home is a great rebate site. They have stores registered with them that I haven't found on other rebate sites. But just as important as the rebates is their stellar customer service team. Every interaction I've had with them has been friendly, courteous and helpful. They respond to my questions promptly and resolve any rebate issues I've had. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to save some money through online shopping.

I have used shopathome.com for a while now along with various other similar sites. After a time I began telling friends that this is "my main go to site". Shopathome continuously improves as they seem to grow and work out the kinks. The customer service team strives hard to meet my concerns and have more than once credited me with something just because they saw and understood my side of the story. I use ShopAtHome to obtain cash rebates on my online purchases. They have lots of competitor sites, but they are the only ones to offer a 110% Rate Guarantee, which means if you find a higher rate elsewhere, they will match it, and beat it. I have also had to write them several times to rectify a site issue, and their CS has always been very responsive and aimed to please. I've become weary with organizing and keeping track of 10+ cashback sites - it's a good money maker but with more time put into it doesn't seem to appealing. A while back I noticed SAH's 110% guarantee - once I saw that, I switched over for every purchase (except about 5% from places that SAH doesn't include.) I am so happy to be able to keep everything in one place! The site is simple and easy to navigate - an issue with some of the others. As with all CB sites, some purchases have issues and they are by far the quickest to respond and the most pleasant to deal with. The are very fair and patient and go out of their way to help, while still making sure the rules are followed. It can't be easy to deal with tons of deal hungry shoppers, especially online where it's easy to be rude/annoying/unreasonable. I think they do a really good job of this and would recommend the site to anyone!

They advertise that you just have to click and download the coupons, but then tried to make me download software that clogs up your computer with advertisements. They refuse to give me the coupons when I try to bypass all that junk. After trying several times to simply click to get a Starbucks coupon, I had to give up as it was obvious it lured me in under false pretenses.

I had ordered a desktop computer online (Feb. 23, 2013) from a very reputable company. My computer was supposed to be delivered a month later. When I checked the status of the cash back, there was no record of it. I wrote to Support and was told that since they only track for 60 days, there would be a problem with the vendor, but they would check. I (kinda) hounded ShopatHome (the cash back was substantial). I sent the purchase confirmation email and whatever other details I could provide. I just received an email today (June 27, 2013) saying that the cash back was in my account. Now THAT'S going the extra mile! ShopatHome came through for me...big time! The only reason I rate this 4 stars is that you have to keep checking your account to make sure the transaction is recorded. Often times, for whatever reason, it's not. Keeping on top of your account really helps. Overall,color me a very satisfied member of ShopatHome!

This is ridiculous! I'm trying to select a SAS shoe and can't find anything without seeing another messages. Your coupon/cash back says there's a virus, nothing about the prices and when I see a shoe and select a color there's another message. I've spent an hour trying to figure out how you ever sell anything on this web site. Almost all my shoes are SAS and this is a disgusting waste of time with all these messages that only tell me you have something that is not in operation or may contain a virus and doesn't have the information about price. You need to fire your web site manager.! titea virus
