“No Customer Service”

Would only use for something I would be buying anyway. You need to regard cashback as a bonus if you get it. If anything goes wrong, such as cashback not at the rate expected, they are impossible to contact. If your query doesn't fit with their generic "support" system, you are stuck. Shockingly poor customer service.
