“Cashback takes over 2 years?”

So, after 2 years and 4 months I finally get my cashback from Quidco today. What is interesting is the payment relates to 3 different retailers. Fossil actually paid quidco on the 7th dec 2011, other 2 purchases relate to 2012 and were both paid by the retailer to quidco in 2012-months before year end. Yet they wait until 28/02/13 so they can claw their 5.00 admin fee for what equates to doing a really naff job. I will never use this Company again. Absolutely appauling.
