When I first signed up for this I was sceptical about the speed and quantity of cash I would actually receive back. I was patient and after a couple of months the cash-back started to hit my bank and shortly there-after, as I increased my usage,the frequency and amount grew until I am at the stage where I receive significant cash every month. Some suppliers are slower than others but Quidco appear to be up front with their tracking and payment information and to this point I have no complaints.
On the few occasions where claims have been rejected by suppliers I have always received a speedy and satisfactory response, usually within 24 hours.
I can't imagine why anyone would make purchases without going through Quidco, in the last sixteen months I've received back in excess of £1,300.
