Ordered and paid for a set of Jean Patrique knives , redeemed the voucher the same way I normally have and now the company are claiming I have rnever redeemed anything and now won't reply to any form of communication . I purchased a broken mobile phone from Mighty Deals for a Christmas present for my granddaughter, I didn't know it was broken of course, e-mail after e-mail after e-mail and still no satisfaction. They sent me a web site which I couldn't open and referred me to the phone supplier stating that it was not their responsibility. Bought two mighty deal vouchers for LCD vouchers in December, 2015. Activated the vouchers and ordered the breathalyzers. Five weeks later, contacted mighty deals to advise I did not receive items. Tried emailing again for a total of five attempts all with no response. Awful service and customer service. They do not reply to emails, which is the only way to contact them! Given £40 compensation as waited in for 3 days for items to be delivered only for them to take it back within a few days. Due a refund but they are not replying regards to they either. In good faith, I responded to an email from Mighty Deals on 11th January and purchased 2 ipad 4th gen devices, spending over £500 which included 2 x delivery charges of £10.99 even though delivery was to one location. this company work with 2 different places.one uk mighty deals other black square in Ireland Dublin.if you order with mighty deals straight away they can't cancel your order refers you to black square they enjoy your money treat you like football.don't buy from them.they slow the website on purpose. Redeemed a voucher but weeks later was still waiting for delivery, that's when I had the misfortune of contacting their customer non service. I received 2 emails on the same day which utterly contradicted each other and in the end gave up on ever resolving the issue. Me same problem but mine never turned up! I've sent 59 emails & they haven't responded & they have my money! My sons Christmas present ruined no present! What do I do I feel totally helpless!

we ordered a coat, it arrived in good time, but when opened it was the wrong size and it was covered in mould. when we enquired about returning the item, they emailed to say that they would get back to us in 72 days. First of all I ordered an iPhone which I am still waiting for nearly 4 weeks later. I paid a silly delivery price of £10.99 for one item but when contacted this company are terrible they definately do not know what customer service is! Oh how I wish that I had read the reviews on here before I decided to buy somethimg from Mighty Deals. I also wish that I had looked at their customer service setup. Any on-line business that sells to the public who do not have a phone number has to be dubious!! Why don't they want to speak to customers with problems? Ordered a large dog bed, a different product was delivered with the wrong receipt. Mighty Deals passed wrong order information to supplier.
