Emailed Customer services Saturday 19th dec & again today Monday 21st Dec see below my email no response very worrying, anybody else ordered this item! BEWARE GUYS!

I emailed my query across on Saturday and have not received a response, I have taken action by asking an electrician to look at the plug to be informed that it is illegal to sell this type of plug on a electrical appliance in the Uk, there is no fuse on the plug making charging this appliance very dangerous, he has also never seen a 42v charger before either which worries me more that this will blow up the appliance.

On further inspection your show 36V on charger but an output of 42v, I have had this tested with an electrician and they have said the output is showing as 42v, below is a list of the details your provided, I have not received a uk adapter, you are claiming that the board is 36v but the charger is outputting 42v. The electrician advised that as the battery and charger are different voltages this will catch fire or blow up the board, I am testing the board also by an electrician this will be done by tomorrow.

All other retailers are recalling all these type of boards as they have not been tested to uk standards, this is very concerning to how you have no contact number for me to discuss this with you and that you are putting lives of your Customers at lives at risk, I want a full refund in my bank so I can purchase a new present as this is a Christmas present for my son and he is now not able to use this and no has no present at all and it is very frustrating that you have not put up a contact number for Customer who have bought these boards. You are clearly putting lives at risk and not taking responsibility for items you are selling.

I will wait until lunch time today (Monday 21st Dec) for a full response including details on a full refund into my bank not a voucher to buy more mightydeals or I will be speaking to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman about this and also contacting local press as I have seen people comment on your boards already and don't see any reply from you on the internet or communications to your Customers proving that the boards are safe.
