My housemate and I both purchased a hair cut and conditioning treatment thing with a salon close to home. We phoned up the salon only to find that KGB did not have the permission to put that deal up, that they had not agreed to the price and that I should get a refund. I feel absolutely mortified and humiliated. Still waiting to hear back from them after two strongly worded emails. Will try calling them in the week. This has put a damper on our event as we wanted to have our hair styled (affordable) before it. But now we've missed out on other deals with other sites and are now too late to get what we need done.
