We ordered two items from groupon as an offer- two items of garden furniture, at the same time in the same transaction. The first arrived from one carrier on time, on schedule and is great. The second was sent via Yodel, who tried to deliver without warning us. We rearranged delivery 3 times, and had to wait in from 0800-2100, having to take 3 days off work, but there was never any attempt to deliver the items again. These were then sent back to the supplier (P8sh.co.uk), who we have emailed over 20 times without any response. So we have been charged £300 for a sofa we ordered 6 weeks ago, but was never delivered. We contacted groupon, who say that our contract is with their supplier, and we are left having to go down the route of declaring a fraudulent transaction with our credit card company to arrange a refund for non delivery. These guys don't deserve to be in business.
