“Groupon's Return Policy SUCKS”

I was injured on the job. Required surgery to my knee. There is NO WAY I can use four of my groupons purchased before this happened. I called to see if they could issue a refund to my credit card. I could provide the surgeon's name, the bill from the surgery. Groupon would NOT refund. They would NOT even issue "groupon bucks" like they say they will on their website. GROUPON SUCKS. I will never, ever use them again.
I am out several hundred dollars. I have HALF my income because of my injury. Groupon could care LESS.
I hate them.

I agree....Groupon sucks. Money grubbing and unethical practice. I quit using this lousy company months ago. I now use livingsocial.com

they said they issued me a refund and then took it back. of course the voucher expired so now I don't even have that to use if i could. worst company ever
