This is my second time of using flubit. A common theme is developing:
An early delivery date is generated, then a later update, then back to original date. The price reduction this time was 6%, whereas it was 9% last time. But just for searching on Flubit, I'll take it.
I've heard of others having problems but I've not yet had any real ones.
However, I've thing that I would recommend the company to fix is the tracking information. Both times I have been given a tracking number, but no link or information was provided who the courier would be. It would save Flubit a lot of time if they didn't have to respond to my emails asking who it would be.
Their customer service is reasonably prompt and they are always friendly and helpful.
Overall, my experience was positive and I would recommend them.
The purchase was a gift and it is yet to be used but it did arrive ahead of time.
