I used Flubit since 2013, and never had any issues with them. On a few occasions their offers were still higher than some competitors, but you still have the choice to reject their offers, if you want, so it isn't a big deal.
However you have to bear in mind that Flubit themselves aren't selling any items, and products are sources through various retailers, it can come from amazon to zavvi and anything in between.
If you have any problems with the retailers or product, contact Flubit straight away and they help you out. I have returned faulty products in the past and never had any trouble with Flubit themselves or with their partners.
