"Beware" of shopping with Lacoste on line..Bought 2 polo shirts and a light jacket online from Lacoste,28th Feb 2012.Polos were great,jacket was too small.Packaged jacket up, returns label affixed.A week passed and I called the customer help line to confirm with them the package had been received."Yes" I was told on the 6th March 2012.And a 10 day refund policy would apply.20th March came and went.I e mailed Lacoste only to be mailed back that there was NO records of the package being received !!I mailed back telling them thier service line had told me the package had been received the 6th March and they state "calls will be recorded" so track the call and "bingo" I would have the proof of the return.They then mailed back saying the package had been received the 6th March but would now have to be shipped to the German depot !! What the hell has that got to do with me,they have the jacket,I want a refund of the money!! I had called the helpline again and was told a refund would be in my account 22nd / 23rd March 2012 and sorry for any mix ups..Guess what ?? NO REFUND..what a JOKE Lacoste are for a big company,their refund service is terrible,the service team dont have a clue,excuses galore,no refund on the horizon..Shop with them to your peril,the quality of the goods is as would be expectid very good..BUT if you want a good old fashioned RUN AROUND trying to get your money back then Lacoste are for you !!! Still no refund,nearly a month later................
