Placed an order for the only item my son wanted for Christmas. Item was in stock, order was accepted and a 'latest delivery date' was given of 24th December. Rang this afternoon (24th) at 3pm to ask for courier delivery times so that I could go out, only to be told the item was not in stock, would not be coming and the date I was given was only an estimate. Disgusting service and no doubt this online business will go much the same way as their stores. Too late now to find a replacement.
