I ordered a duvet cover for my grandson on 1-11-2012 the date now is 18-12-2012 and have still not received it.
I emailed loads of times with every detail possible, (account number,item ordered, email address date of birth, address) only to receive one back unable to help as I never suppled enough information. It was a complete joke.
Phoned several times, waited 50 minutes on one call waiting to get through. First time they give me a new date I would receive my goods second time I will get a call back. Guess what I didn't.
Iam now considering contacting the BBC as I think this company wants exposing.
