Ordered a PS3 in Oct said it was due out for delivery 16th November, i had been checking order statuses and even monday said was still to be delivered.
Check tonight and the order has been cancelled with NO warning. so i decide to ring them... 50 minutes of queueing on the phone it cuts off so i call back and am queuing for a whole hour and WALLA it rings oh and i get cut off again.
What ever the explanation for this the phone service is unreal and non existent. i dread my phone bill.
And after reading the reviews they can stick it.
Wish i had looked on here before attempting to purchase my husbands Christmas present.

If you aould like to help you can pay for my £19 bill of phone calls just to woolworths...... i didn't even get to talk to anyone either as i got cut off twice in the 2 hours of trying to get through.
