They will reject orders even after customer makes full upfront payment, just because customer doesnt want to disclose their date of birth! Have bought 1000s of items online, never have been asked for date of birth for upfront payment options. On top of that, when the customer service agent calls the customer to inform that the order is being cancelled, they are extremely impolite and bang the phone on your face when you ask them for an explaination for the reason for cancelling the order.
