I ordered a tumble dryer a microwave and a toaster and kettle set all to be delivered the next day, the microwave came a day late as it is but still no dryer or toaster kettle set, so we called and were told the dryer could take another 2 weeks, which is utterly ridiculous as the reason I ordered it in the first place there and then is so I could have it next day to help rid my house of fleas, I was offered no apology what so ever (even though it was supposed to be next day delivery) the next day we had a delivery which was supposed to Be the toaster and kettle and we were delivered a bloody HOOVER! How someone can mistake that I have no idea, we called again and were met yet again by rude staff who offered no apology (even though we could have just kept a £250 Hoover! No thanks or anything for doing the right thing! Couple of days later out actual toaster and kettle set arrived, (purple set) and the kettle was black and the toaster was purple!!!) you can imagine how livid I was, and the delivery man refused to take the Hoover back as they hadnt been told to ...called again and they sent a new one which was actualy right, and arranged to get the Hoover and toaster set which was wrong collected which never happened! Then I find out that they have taken the money from my credit account for the hoover and toaster set which they messed up on!!! And put me over my credit limit! I called again to find out why that was and explained no one would take the items from me I was told that on the day they collected the items that if I called and explained they would put my credit back on there and then (as I needed to order a Hoover) again no one showed to get the Hoover and I called up again and arranged it for the following day, finally they came and took it the next day so I waited until the evening to call for my refund so they could have it back at the depot, and I was told that what I had been told before was wrong and it could take upto 2 weeks for the money to go back in! And then was told " i would just have to wait" i cant believe their rudeness...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE!! I am so angry with this company so much so that I will be contacting my aunt who is a solicitor and see if she can have something done about the way they take advantage of people, I am still waiting for my credit to go back In which I am expecting not to happen! There should be an option to give them no stars, do not use them If you want a reliable company!!!!
