I ordered a present for a friends child and when it came it said for age 6 and over despite saying on their website it was for age 3yrs. I tried to return the item but they never collected it despite me waiting in on 3 occasions for them to come. Managed to get money back after a fight. Stupidly I ordered again with them for christmas presents. They were delivered to the wrong address yet they are saying they won't refund me until they receive the items back. Customer service is diabolical and I've had to make countless calls to a premium rate number to try to get my money back. Stay clear!
