MY LATE AFTERNOON TELEPHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED SPEEDILY AND POLITELY. MY QUERY WAS ANSWERED PRECISELY. I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT SAID I WOULD CALL IN THE NEXT DAY ONCE I HAD COMPLETED IT. I CALLED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND THE SAME PERSON ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS RECOGNISED. GAVE MY ORDER, WAS TOLD THE TOTAL COST AND DELIVERY DETAIL. Best Cellars Wine Merchants have been customers of WBC for over 20 years. Throughout that time WBC have been a pleasure to deal with. Julian and all the staff are extremely helpful, deliveries are well packed, correctly picked and always on time (even though we are in deepest Devon!). WBC have been Wines Select's main gift packaging supplier for 10 years. Nick, Julian and the team provide excellent customer service. Always helpful and friendly. We place our orders by phone or email and deliveries always arrive the next working day. Bespoke branded items are always turned around quickly. Their brochure is brimming with gift packaging ideas. We recently created a new website and WBC helpfully provided us with some lovely images to use. Wouldn't look anywhere else. (read more)

I used WBC to supply hampers and other wine related items, I sold these in my eBay store. WBC were always fast on the dispatch and if I had any problems then their team was more than happy to help out. We have been clients of Wine Box Company since 2004 and have found them to be consistently reliable and helpful - having a personal contact with them makes life so much easier and Lauren is always available to answer questions or queries! Some years ago we ordered approx 850 hampers for a client who then decided that they only wanted 350 - we returned the 500 hampers back to Wine Box with no quibble and with a huge sigh of relief to ourselves.
