O.K so almost 4 weeks ago I ordered 3 things from WAEPLUS coming to the great total of £71.49. My order was 3 Monster High, Clawdeen Wolf Sweet 1600 Doll, Frankie Stein Sweet 1600 Doll and Draculaura Jewellery Box Coffin. So, I am thinking, was it worth the money? I ordered them for my daughter's Birthday, 2 weeks after, there is no sign of them, so as you will understand, I felt so terrible that she had nothing. I have phoned - no answer, E - mailed - at least 4 times no answer, tracking number doesn't work. Are they a real website? Yes, I think so. I also think they order from China to get them cheaper, and I think this because I order from China and it takes this long to get it from China! How pathetic is that? I mean, who orders from another business? They must just be the ''Middle - Man''! I am soo angry with them, what a rip - off. I could have just ordered from China myself and got it quick and we have to wait 30 days for a refund for the bed as apparently it is ' out of stock at the moment' !!

I have placed my order on 24th May 2013. I have paid on line on the same date and the money was taken straightaway. On the website it states clearly that I will have a 3 to 5 working days free delivery, as the item mentioned above was in stock. On my account the order status was marked as “allocated” I waited for 5 working days and as i did not receive the item, I contacted the company by phone. I was waiting on the phone for 15 minutes then I was told that the item was not in the warehouse and that it was still on transit. I was also told that I would be informed by email when the item arrives. After 5 days, as I did not hear from the company, I called again and waited for another 15 minutes before was answered. I was told the same thing as the previous call. I was promised during that phone conversation that by the end of the day or maximum the next day I would be sent an email with the details of the delivery. On Friday 14th June, as I did not hear from the company, I called for the third time to get the same old answer, but this time I was told that the delivery will be during next week. I called few days later again, but I was shocked at the answer. I was told that the item is not in stock and that the company has to cancel the order and refund me within 30 days. I was outraged at the lies that the company is telling me, because I was looking at their website on my screen and the item was clearly marked as in stock the only difference was that the price is higher. The second shocking lie is that I have received an email stating, “we are sorry you are not satisfied with the order, we have received your request to cancel...” I never asked to cancel the order; by contrast I was told that the company had no choice but to cancel the order because it was not in stock. At last they sent me an email to apologise after I sent them a recorded complaint letter and I got a refund on 25th June, which is one month since I put my order.

Horrible, horrible company. I ordered several PC components through them (orders 431-211-2824 and 611-281-2821)- not only was the delivery postponed twice but as it appears at no point in my communication with them I actually communicated with a real person. All I kept getting were automated messages through their website and my calling their phone number proved completely futile- I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I asked for a refund several times through their online form and they responded there was a delay with the current delivery and the new delivery would take place as soon as the stock was available (the stock was available since the beginning of the process). So WAE+ withdrew the money from my account and kept them for around a month while not delivering ANY goods. Smells fishy and I can only imagine how many other customers have been in the same position. WAE+ most certainly have used the money in the meantime for their purpose. At the end I had to call my bank, spend lots of time on the phone with them, start a claim procedure, take pictures of invoices and send them to the bank... Worst online "purchase" ever. Please save yourself the time and nerves and steer clear from these criminals. Me- never ever again with WAE+.

On the 31st of May, I placed an order for a hard drive (Order #170-961-2769) and I was given a delivery date of 11th-13th of June. Whilst this was longer than most other online retailers, I was happy as the delivery was free and I had been given a delivery date. From the 11th of this month, I looked on your site and checked my emails awaiting notification that the order had been dispatched, but my order's status was still "Awaiting Fulfilment", almost two weeks after the order had been placed, even though payment for this order had been taken on the day I placed my order. I checked my email and logged onto your website again today to see if this had been updated, and was disappointed to find no update. At around 1pm, after the last Royal Mail delivery to the office I work in, I decided to call your support team to see if I could get any further information. I was left waiting on hold for over 20 minutes with no message warning of long wait times. When my call was finally answered, I was given no reason or apology for the length of time taken to answer my call. I queried the status of my order and after the support agent queried this with the consignment team, I was told that you were having to source this item from an external warehouse out of the country and that my order would take another 7 to 9 days to arrive. As I had not received any communication about this via email or through your website and had already waited almost 2 weeks for this item, I enquired about cancelling the order and receiving a refund for the payment that had been taken, at which point I was told this would take 15 working days. As I work as a technical support advisor for an e-commerce provider, I know that it takes no more than 5 working days for a card payment to be refunded to a card and so considered this completely unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. At this point I was told that there were no managers in the call centre, which is an utterly ludicrous notion and was advised to email this address with any complaints. Frankly this experience is the worst experience I have had through a retail website. From my experience, the excuse that was given for the delay in dispatching the item is simply a cover for the fact that this item was not in stock at the time of purchase, which I should have been notified of at the time, or at some point during the 13 days I was waiting for my order. The fact that I have been given no such notification and instead had to call your support team, waiting over 20 minutes for my call to even be answered, to find out that my order would take another 7-9 days is completely unacceptable. Sent all this info to them via email on Thursday evening and have still had no reply.

I ordered £1400+ worth of goods on the 2nd of April. By the 15th of May when it still haven't arrived I cancelled my order and was told to wait 30 days for my refund. Unfortunately 33 days later I am still waiting. Do not risk it. You will never see your money or your goods again.

My goods never arrived so I tried to cancel but you can't do so on their website so I phoned them but no answer, so I emailed them and got a bounce-back. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back so fingers crossed!

I ordered "in-stock" goods on 16 March - nothing was ever delivered. On-line customer service useless; standard pick-from-a-list replies all said my order would be delivered in a few days - specific questions completely ignored. I cancelled on 20 April - they then told my order would be sent in a few days; took two more messages until the cancellation was accepted on 26 April. No money yet - got a sob story about not being able to refund on my card and a cheque would be issued (eventually). I'm just about to send a "Final Letter Before Claim" and will be forced to sue unless the cash turns up in the next few days. Truly truly awful that I need to threaten to sue just to get a 60 quid refund which they do not dispute they owe. I cannot decide if it's stunning incompetence or deliberate fraud - but the number of negative reviews convince me that my experience is not unique. The worst company I have ever dealt with by a huge margin.

I ordered an Epson printere with WAE+ and really wish I'd googled them before buying. The printer didn't show up within the 5 days they'd said it would, I got in touch as I needed it, they got back to me 3 days later saying there had been a delay with suppliers, I waited another 5 days, got in touch with them, didnt hear back again until 7 days later saying my order had been refunded: Please accept our deepest and sincere apologies with regards to your refund as you were not happy with the service we provided. I can now confirm you have been refunded in full and we can now close your investigation. Your refund has been processed today and will be credited back to the debit card originally used. This will show in your account within the next 3-5 working days depending on who you bank with. We would also like to take this opportunity to express our regrets and to assure you that we will do our best to avoid a repeat of what happened. We really do value our customers and your custom and look forward to continuing our relationship in the near future. Thank you for your kind understanding. Yours sincerely, Complaints Controller I have a feeling the funds will have to be sought after as I just don't trust these idiots. DO NOT BUY FROM WAE+ They've made a pro looking website to cover up what I suspect is a tiny operation making money out of people not chasing up their refunded payments.

These people accepted my payment immediately, for what they clearly advertised as an "IN STOCK" item (my purchase 27th March) and then emailed me several days later (10th April) to say..... " THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE DUE TO ISSUES" ....and in my case claim that I emailed them to query stock!! which I most certainly did not, why would I when the item was ordered when IN STOCK and my order designated as AWAITING FULFILMENT. Oddly enough the graphics card in question was simultaneously, and is STILL BEING ADVERTISED upon their website but for £183 rather than the £177 I purchased it for (google search RADEON HD 7870 XT, then google shopping tab and you will find WAE+ listed and the link will take you to the website page where it is still being avertised as in stock). What options do you have?, reorder the same item at the higher price.. (advertised as being in stock but why repeat the same mistake of trusting this company about having items in stock - the item may be allegedly in stock,at a different price (HIGHER), even IN STOCK as you click the order button..........and even then it may not be available). So I asked for a refund, the non supply of the ordered item being totally attributable to this companies inability to deliver upon the transaction, not me the customer. This is where the sting kicks in, please read pasted email from them which I received today (please see below) "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email, We are sorry you are not satisfied with your order, We will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. The full refund will be processed and back into your account soon from when cancelled 11-04-2013 by at 10:35am. As per the trems and condition which we have of 30 days time frame. We aim to resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your time and cooperation. Kind Regards Accounts Team WAE+" So in effect I have provided this company with what I am sure will be a 30~40 day interest free loan, purely because as a customer I was tempted by the price of a supposedly IN STOCK item. I am equally bemused and disappointed that I have to award them even 1 star in order to write a review about my WAE+ expect MORE grief for couldn't care LESS service, experience. Apparently I am now eligible for a £10 WAE+ store credit for writing a review of their disingenuous business. I don't think that I will take advantage of it somehow. I can only recount my experience of them (WAE+.However, I can only hope that by taking the time to write this review, that prospective WAE+ customers will weigh up my experience (and that of other people I see on this review page, that have had similar dealings with WAE+) against "positively glowing" reviews that have been posted within hours of purchasing from their website (store credit incentive), without knowing what the outcome of their transaction will be??? Hopefully, some of you will then avoid involuntarily subscribing to providing this company with a 30+ day interest free loan(when your IN STOCK order becomes UNAVAILABLE, several days after they have banked your payment). Learn from my mistake/experience and AVOID ANY PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WITH WAE+.

Ordered a Nikon lens as in stock with 1-2 day express delivery at £10 premium. It did not arrive and is still outstanding 13 days later. They have taken the full amount from my bank account. When I check their website the lens is still shown as in stock. I queried this but of course the email was never answered. They refuse to refund the express delivery charge and only offer "store credit". Phone calls go to a call centre where the poor (in the sense that I am sorry for them) staff have to just respond from messages on their screens. They cannot answer queries and just say "I will speak to despatch" (etc.) I will never use them again and have told them to send the refund on my account to Oxfam.

So I ordered a camera, got upgraded to express delivery (3-5 working days). On working day 5 I receive an email stating the order is taking a little longer than expected and could be up to a further 5 working days. Working day 10, no sign of the product so I contact them to be told they don't have any in stock. Now it might just be me but I thought it was illegal to sell something as you don't stock without making it clear up front other wise this allows businesses to only order post sale and therefore always be cash positive. Anyway I cancelled my order and was I told I would get a full refund in line with the T&Cs. The T&Cs state a refund will be issued within 30 days (does not specify calendar or working and there are no assumed terms in the t&cs). It is now 29 (calendar) days since the cancellation and no sight of the refund. Stay clear at all costs! They take your cash, dont' deliver and don't refund. It is literally robbery!

I returned a product to WAEplus. A refund was authorised more than a month ago but I have not received it. Repeated emails are ignored and when I phone I'm told "I'll refer it to my manager". I had to send something back to Amazon once and they sent a free return label and paid up next day. WAE is terrible and I will not shop with it again.

What as shame and disgrace for the online business industry in the UK. What a shame and disgrace for the Birmingham Trading Standards to allow such a company to operate and destroy the confidence of online consumers. For those who are pondering to deals with this ‘company’, just see the number of complaints and the horror that others went through. In any case, you can never contact these people by phone (you have two options to press 1 or 2, but none of them let you go through and if it does you can wait for hours and hours before you give up trying). If you were unlucky to deal with these people before reading the genuine comments here, here what I suggest you to the followings: • Write a formal online complaint here http://www.birmingham.gov.uk/tradingstandards • Contact your debit or credit card company to ask for the reimbursement • Write a comments to inform other not to go through this horror and bitter experience

Avoid this company like the plague... I ordered an item (as a christmas present) listed as 'in stock' in early december and when it still hadn't arrived days before Christmas I went on the website and contacted them only to discover that it was no longer in stock, despite the fact it had stated very clearly that it was when they had taken my payment. That's poor, as is the fact you have to contact THEM to find out you're not going to receive it! To cut a long story short, it has been a month and a half since I ordered and I obviously have been unable to give that Christmas present. I have had messages back and forth but I am still yet to receive a refund despite multiple requests for one, and having read lots of similar reviews online now, I'm not holding out much hope. Needless to say I certainly won't be using this company again.

Bought a graphics card. It arrived in a beat up box after 8 working days (so it took about 5-6 days before it was shipped). Noticed that all the seals were broken. Didn't think that would be an issue until I took the graphics card out of the box and discovered that it was physically damaged. The part which screws to the computer case was bent out of shape, so that it is no longer able to be fitted to a computer case (I note that a lot of force would be required to bend it). It seems that perhaps another customer had this item before me and returned it. Instead of checking it for damage (the damage was visible and obvious), they sent it on to me. I needed the item for the 17th January, so I requested that they ship the replacement out immediately whilst they waited for the fault product to be collected from me. I was told by customer service that they would get back to me about my request. They didn't bother. When I rang at the end of the next day I was informed my request was denied. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. After sending me a faulty product, I would have expected the courtesy of a fast replacement.

WAE+ offered the best price on an HP printer. Paid extra £7.99 for quicker delivery. Placed order. No order tracking so phoned on day 5 after placing order as delivery was due. Told it was not even despatched. Phoned again after 2 days. Given delivery date. Finally arrived on working day 8 after promising delivery on working day 5. Asked for delivery charge refund. Not repaid until I sent a threatening letter. Repayment almost 8 weeks after placing order. Poor customer service. No contact with customer to give progress on order. You have to chase all the time. Promises made and not kept. Customer complaints process is a waste of time. They take your money, fail to deliver and then are reluctant to refund. Other on-line stores do better than this. I won't be ordering again whatever the price, it's not worth the hassle.

I'm having the same issue, its been 5 weeks now and no refund as been received.
