I complained on the 13th February 2017 about saucepans which I bought from Very which were faulty and in consequence damaged my new ceramic hob. I sent photos of the scratch marks to my brand new ceramic hob and asked for the cost of a replacement hob and fitting plus a refund for the saucepans. After numerous phone calls and letters I am no further forward with my claim. Very have prevaricated the whole time and it is obvious they had no intention of dealing with my claim. Their system for complaints is dreadful DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
