I ordered a sofa and chair in June to be delivered to my chalet in July
first off it took 3 attempts to get the correct postcode to log on the system. Delivery day came and my old sofa was chopped up, had a phone call sofa was at my home address. 3 more delivery promises later and still no sofa, I spent nearly 2 weeks sitting on the floor. Very customer services were worse than useless and if you didn't agree with them they hung up, they wouldn't explain to the carrier company that another 2 weeks on top of the 2 weeks wait was not acceptable and hung up when I said I wouldn't wait that long. I tried online chat and kept getting kicked out, said to use Facebook and they didn't help.I then ended up dealing with Very's carrier company Arrow,direct who still let me down and were not rubbish company employs rubbish company. I cancelled the order on the 26.07.17 with a 10 day promise of a refund, surprise surprise I have not had it yet.
