Have been a Very customer for years. This year have had several bad experiences. DO NOT use this company at all. Have charged me interest when I shouldn't, an item broke, returned it then they having a nightmare getting my money back, they tried to charge me twice. Call centre goes through to Africa and they don't speak very good English and don't want to help you. Please people avoid this company, otherwise you will be ripped off!!
