Bought a PS4 Pro from very, charged me twice, so I spent time to sort it out, not a huge deal but shouldn't happen. Anyway, PS4 Pro turned out to have hardware faults. Very told me I need to sort this out with the manufacturer before they can consider returns. Spent couple hundred pounds and I can't enjoy it and have to spend my own time sorting the problem which shouldn't be there in the first place! But anyway, thought I was just unlucky, so I contacted sony and I've went through all their troubleshoots to no avail and so they gave me a reference to return it to very. Emails to very took days to be replied, some emails were even ignored. Called very, and the adviser told me she has arranged a collection the next day. Come that day morning, another adviser called me and said there was problem getting permission to return this and I need to call Sony again. Which I did, and I called very back and they arranged another collection for another day. All seems well, but come that day, and nobody came to collect it. So I called Very again and another adviser told me she has rearranged for another day. Guess what? Nobody showed up that day. It has been frustrating to say the very least. Different advisers telling me different things, and giving me inaccurate information. Not to mention a few times advisers hanging up whilst I was on hold! Wrote a complaint on their website, and took them over a week for a useless copy and paste reply message that meant nothing.

There are so many good companies out there that deserves our patronage, and very is not one of them.
