Poor customer service. I have now written to the CEO's, and complained about the poor customer service. I have tried six times to place an order for a fridge freezer. Very continue to be consistent in cancelling these orders, without consulting me!!
I think they Very advisers have a crackle button, one that then cuts you off.
I am appalled at the service, how can a company take your money, and not deliver the goods! I wonder if the company has earned any interest on the payments made so far?
The system makes is near on impossible to make a complaint, and then to be told, we will respond in 5 days!! Very frustrated and angry!!!
